Your Information, Plainly Handled

We ask for very little, we use it for exactly what you expect, and we never sell it. Here is the whole policy in language you shouldn't need a lawyer to read.

What we collect

We only collect what you type into a form on this site. There is no hidden tracking pixel network here, and we do not buy data about you from anyone else.

  • Your name and email address, when you request the guide or contact us.
  • Your phone number, city, timeframe, and primary goal — only the fields you choose to fill in.
  • Anonymous usage events (which page a form was submitted from, which campaign brought you here). These carry no name, email, or address.

Why we collect it

To send you the material you asked for, to answer you when you write to us, and to understand which pages are genuinely useful. That is the whole list.

If you opt into the follow-up series, we use your email to send five short educational letters. Every one of them has a one-click unsubscribe.

What we never do

  • We never sell your information.
  • We never rent or trade your email address to another company.
  • We never share your details with lenders, contractors, or other agents without asking you first.
  • We never add you to a list you did not choose.

How it is stored

Your information is stored in an encrypted database that is not readable from this website. Only trusted server code — and the people who run The Right Size Life — can access it.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while it is useful to you: while you are considering a move, and while you want to hear from us. If you unsubscribe and ask us to delete your record, we remove it within thirty days.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from any email with one click. You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it entirely, and we will do it without argument. Write to us through the contact page and say what you'd like.

Cookies

This site uses only the cookies required to make pages work. We do not run third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in any way that affects what we do with your information, we will say so plainly on this page rather than quietly editing it.
