- What happens on a Right Size Strategy Session?
- Sixty minutes, by phone or video. We ask about your life first and your house second, give you an honest read on your equity and true cost of ownership, and sketch a realistic timeline — including the option of waiting another year. There is no listing agreement, no presentation, and no follow-up sequence you did not ask for.
- Is there any cost or obligation?
- None. The session is complimentary and carries no obligation of any kind. A meaningful share of the people we meet are eighteen months from doing anything, and several decide to stay in their homes. Both are good outcomes.
- How soon will I hear back?
- Every request is read personally, and you will hear from us within one business day to find a time that suits you. If your situation is time-sensitive — a health change, an estate, a relocation deadline — say so in the message and we will prioritise it.
